The service
ChallengeMeUp lets people create, discover, and do real-life challenges together. It's provided free, as-is, and we may change or stop features at any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use ChallengeMeUp.
- Give accurate info and keep your password safe.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Rules of conduct
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or spam.
- No illegal, dangerous, or harmful challenges.
- Don't impersonate others or post content that isn't yours.
- Show up when you commit — no-shows affect your reliability score.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Meeting in real life
Challenges may involve meeting people in person or online. You take part at your own risk. Use good judgment, meet safely, and follow local laws. ChallengeMeUp is not responsible for what happens between users during a challenge.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (photos, results, messages). By posting, you grant us a licence to display it within the app so the service works. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
No warranty & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of ChallengeMeUp.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll note it in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
